Reading the Tarot is like reading your hand as it touches mine

Divination is a form of deriving knowledge rooted in intuition, signs from the natural world, the cosmos, psychic empathy. Tarot is one of the many tools of divination, and after centuries, it has absorbed plenty of complicated history, interpretations, iterations, and uses. What can we learn from this way of reading the world and each other? This column tries to read less about the future, more about how the centuries old wisdom and contradictions embedded in Tarot inform our understanding of us. We will start with card 0, The Fool, and then make our way through the different 3 tiers of Tarot, until reaching card 21, The Universe.
